The mission of the Blaine Public Safety Association (BPSA) is to enhance public Safety in our community.

Our Vision

We will enhance public safety by promoting, supporting and improving crime prevention through leadership, policy development, education, citizen training, research and invocation.

Our mission is furthered by solicitation of contributuions that provide funds to Blaine Public Safety for appropriate programs and equipment and to eliminate or reduce the opportunity for crime to occur to all that live, work, or visit our community.

To date, BPSA has made a significant difference by:

• Purchasing Four adult-sized CPR mannequins for our safety services personnel
• Supporting the Arrive Alive Program
• Purchased Supplies for Blaine's K9 Officer
• Assisted with the Purchase of A New K9 for the Blaine Police Department
• Senior Safety Seminars
• Command Van Supplies
• Planning and Support for Night to Unite

Our Pet Walks have been a big success in raising funds for the purchase of a new K9 for the Blaine Police Department. As the dogs age and demand increased for more K9 Officers, we feel this will be our biggest ongoing cause and need for fundraising dollars.
