Blaine High School Robotics Association

A nonprofit organization

FRC Team 2181  "GEARS" is a high school robotics team from Blaine High School in Blaine, MN. We give students the opportunity to experience real world engineering and business problems through the FIRST Robotics Competition. Each January to March, students grades 9-12 build a brand new robot to compete against other teams from around the world.

To finance the team and our goals without creating a financial barrier for students to join the team, we get sponsorships from local companies and hold fundraising events. We also accept donations to our 501(c)(3) organization through this page.

We are ever grateful to our generous sponsors and donators for their help in continuing to expand STEAM education in the greater Blaine area. We would not be able to compete and do the things we do without them!

How Do Donations Help The Team?

Donations to the team help fund many critical aspects of our season including the following:

Robot Parts: $10,000+

Competition Registration Fees: $11,000+

Competition Travel Fees: $5,000+

Team T-Shirts and other Branding: $1,100+
