Mental Health Connect: Living with Mental Illness can be tough. Finding help can be even tougher.

Mental Health Connect is a collaborative, interfaith ministry based out of Bethlehem Lutheran Church Twin Cities. Mental Health Connect aims to identify and eliminate barriers people face when seeking mental health services, including the far-too-common stigma that comes with mental health challenges.   

One in four adults experience mental illness in a given year. Mental Health Connect knows that living with mental illness can be tough. Finding help can be even tougher.

Our Mental Health Navigator and Certified Peer Specialist understand the complex mental health system, and help connect individuals and families to the resources, support, and knowledge needed for improved mental wellness. Services are free, and available to people of all faiths and walks of life.
