Nobody should ever have to go hungry!

Bemidji Community Table (legal name is Bemidji Community Soup Kitchen, Inc.) has been serving members of our community with meals for nearly 30 years. Recently, due to factors like inflation and challenges with supply chains, we have experienced an increase in demand (number of meals served) and an increase in costs (food and supplies). We appreciate your help providing a basic necessity to our community members.

 Our guests include elderly who may have difficulty preparing meals for themselves, individuals lacking adequate cooking facilities, families lacking adequate food supplies, and those seeking an evening meal for other reasons. Bemidji Community Table organizes four meals a week at two Bemidji-area churches to anyone who is hungry, no questions asked. 

The mission of Bemidji Community Table is to provide meals and promote an "open table" atmosphere for those in the community needing fellowship who might otherwise go hungry.   We are a 100% volunteer run organization. We are always seeking volunteers to help serve meals, and we are also recruiting new board members.

Monday and Tuesday meals are served from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Church, 414 Lincoln Avenue SE, Bemidji, MN 56601.

Wednesday and Thursday meals are served from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 902 Beltrami Avenue NW, Bemidji, MN 56601.
