Bells of the Bluffs Handbell Ensemble

Bells of the Bluffs has been busy.  We are in process of preparing a very unique Christmas concert themed "This the Season:  A Time for Peace"  Two concerts are planned for December 2 in Mankato and December 3 in Red Wing.  (See flier below for details)

We decided to make a major equipment investment this fall.  We purchase th 6th and 7th octaves of Malmark Choir Chimes.  These allow us to add more depth of sound to some of our music.  They will debut at our December concerts.

Music is one of our big expenses.  We purchase one copy per person which means 16 copies are purchased.  Each set of music costs around $100 and we buy alot of music for our season.  Even with replaying music we have in our files, it still gets expensive.
