Healing Begins With Relationship,
and Healing Happens Here.

At Baby’s Space, we know that healing begins with relationships. As a trauma-informed early childhood center, we provide exceptional, equitable education while meeting families’ emotional and basic needs. This year, we’re expanding free onsite therapy and building a resource center to make hardship a little softer, together.

Why We Begin With Care

When trauma touches a child, a family, or a teacher, the first response matters most. Healing begins in relationship—with care that is immediate, informed, and rooted in compassion. At Baby’s Space, this belief guides everything we do.

For over 25 years, we’ve stood with our community to provide exceptional, equitable early education. But education alone isn’t enough. Children and families thrive when their emotional, physical, and practical needs are met together. That’s why this year, we are expanding what it means to care.

Part One: Healing Within Our Walls

This year, we brought free onsite therapy directly to Baby’s Space—for staff, families, and children. Our trauma-informed approach means healing happens where relationships already exist. No referrals. No waitlists. Just care, right where it’s needed.

We dream bigger: to offer this support all day, every day, so that no one has to face trauma alone. It’s a model that challenges the limits of traditional early education and has already transformed how our community experiences safety and connection.

Part Two: Meeting the Needs That Can’t Wait

We know the reality families are facing. Rising costs, unstable systems, and daily financial stress create impossible choices. At Baby’s Space, we believe everyone deserves to have their basic needs met—and when they can’t, we step in.

Our Resource Center provides essentials like diapers, wipes, groceries, clothing, transportation help, rent and utility assistance, and even car batteries. But the need has outgrown our shelves. We’re building an onsite inventory to respond faster and with dignity when families ask for help.

Your support fills that inventory. Your generosity makes hardship a little softer. Together, we can keep showing what community care looks like in action.

How You Can Help

  • Give: Your donation strengthens our capacity to provide therapy, education, and essential resources—all under one roof.

  • Host a Resource Drive: Gather diapers, winter gear, or household essentials to help families directly.

  • Share Our Story: Every share, post, and conversation expands the circle of care.

Why It Matters

Baby’s Space has been a safe, trusted place for more than two decades—a space where children feel secure, families feel seen, and staff feel supported. We continue to think differently because our community deserves more than “good enough.” They deserve excellence, equity, and empathy in action.

Together, we can keep that promise.

Healing happens here. Help us keep it going.
