But at the last minute, a technicality with the list keeps you from boarding the bus. You watch your friends climb aboard while you stand by, waving goodbye. Then, instead of Red Lobster, you’re back in your apartment, opening a can of tuna.

That’s what happened to Sue.

She’d been talking about that lunch all week. Her outfit was ready. Her appetite was ready. Her heart was ready for a day of friendship and fun. But because of one small mix-up with the Metro Mobility list, Sue couldn’t go.

“I had to go back to my apartment and eat tuna fish,” she said. “It’s nothing like Red Lobster.”
