Armstrong Band Boosters

Support the Armstrong High School Band Program!

The Armstrong High School Band program has won many awards but most importantly, it introduces students to a lifelong love of music and performance. 

Marching band students experience local parades, football halftime performances at Armstrong and have marched at Disney World and the Outback Bowl in Florida, with Armstrong’s fourth performance last year. 

Concert band students have shared their music at Carnegie Hall, Pearl Harbor, on the USS Midway in San Diego and other venues in the Southwest and Midwest.

Students love opportunities to perform with professional musicians with the jazz band, cheer on Armstrong athletes with pep band performances and entertain theater goers as members of the musical pit orchestra. 

Through these musical experiences, many quality friendships and memories are created that last a lifetime.  Becoming a better musician in any of these areas also instills a sense of responsibility, teamwork and the joy of making music.  Many Armstrong band students continue playing their instrument in a college band, jazz band, marching band and pep band.
