The Minnesota Anti-War Committee believes in peace through justice and stands in solidarity with oppressed people here and abroad.  From Palestine to Iran to Venezuela to China to the streets of Minneapolis, we work against US intervention and saber-rattling around the world. We have continued in our unwavering support of Palestine and working to end U.S. military aid, most importantly aid to Israel (the top recipient of U.S. military aid).  We continue to support the work of our allies around immigrant rights, climate justice and police brutality.  Once again, Minneapolis civil rights are under attack!  Most of our Committee members, along with almost 650 other protesters, led by Twin Cities Justice for Jamar, were arrested November 4, 2020.  For the last year, we have been fighting those charges, and are committed to stand with our fellow activists to demand respect for the right to march in the streets.  We know how important standing up and speaking out is from the AWC's experience over 10 years ago of being raided and intimidated by the FBI.    As an all-volunteer organization, we need your support to help us continue this important work!
