WHO WE ARE

All Square is a nonprofit social enterprise that invests in people impacted by mass incarceration. We do this with four main initiatives: the restaurant, the Fellowship, the law firm, and the Prison to Law Pipeline.

WHAT MOTIVATES US

We are fighting for a world where those who have paid their debts to society are ALL SQUARE, meaning truly unencumbered by their criminal records socially, economically, and politically.

Our mission is to heal the harms created by the legal system by changing the way criminal records are used and viewed.

HOW WE DO IT

THE RESTAURANT - Our restaurant employs folks who have come home from prison. It is a hub for community and provides an economic engine to support our organization.  

THE FELLOWSHIP - Our Fellowship program, which exists exclusively for those who are impacted by mass incarceration, is focused on employment, wellness and creative skills development.

THE LAW FIRM - Our law firm, The Legal Revolution, provides civil legal services including pardons, commutations, expungements, human services licensing and business formation support. It is also the first in the nation to provide legal externships to currently incarcerated law students and paralegals.

THE PRISON TO LAW PIPELINE - We believe those most impacted by the law should lead the way in transforming it. Our Pipeline partners with accredited paralegal and law schools to offer legal education to currently incarcerated scholars.
