About

The Airport Foundation MSP is a nonprofit leader recognized for its innovative, high-quality programs and services for travelers at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport as well as for serving the local Aviation community. 

MSP has now earned the top ranking among mega airports in four of the past five years. In 2025, the airport served more than 36 million passengers, making it the 17th busiest airport in the United States and a key global gateway for Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. MSP offers nonstop service to 167 destinations from 15 commercial airlines. It serves as Delta Air Lines’ second-busiest hub and the largest base of operations for Sun Country Airlines, which was recently acquired by Allegiant Travel Company.

With more than 600 volunteers, 65 animal therapy teams, 40 rotating art exhibits, newly commissioned arts, and over 1,200 live performances annually, as well tens of millions of dollars given to support Aviation programs in the state of Minnesota over the past 44 years, the Airport Foundation MSP prides itself on providing safe, memorable and joyful journeys.
