Age Well at Home

Our Mission

Age Well at Home helps older adults (60+) remain safe, healthy, and independent by providing essential home modifications and repairs. We serve seniors who are vulnerable, economically disadvantaged, and often living with the long-term impacts of trauma.

Who We Are

As a three-year-old nonprofit, we have already helped more than 120 older adults stay in the homes and communities they love. Our team brings more than 25 years of combined experience in housing nonprofits and has served hundreds of seniors in maintaining stable, healthy living environments.

What We Do

We provide proven home modification and renovation services that make everyday living safer and more accessible. Common improvements include:

• Accessibility ramps, smart lighting, lever-style door handles, additional railings, comfort-height toilets, stairlifts and chair lifts, handheld showerheads, smoke detectors, safer-senior friendly appliances, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs

Each service is tailored to the unique needs of the homeowner.

Our Approach

While the work we perform on homes is essential, the relationships we build matter just as much. Our trauma-responsive, deeply relational model ensures that we walk alongside each older adult throughout the process—earning trust, listening closely, and partnering with them to create a safer and more sustainable home.

This connection is at the heart of why Age Well at Home exists. When seniors feel supported and understood, they are able to thrive in place and remain connected to the communities they cherish.
