Across America Boxer Rescue is 501(c)3 organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Boxer dogs across the US.  AABR is an all-volunteer, foster home-based, donation-driven rescue that helps dogs directly through transport, foster and adoption, as well as indirectly by providing support for other Boxer rescues across the country. Our current volunteer base covers over 30 states, although we got our start right here in Minnesota.

We have decided to dedicate Give to the Max Day 2025 to our forever foster dogs.  "Forever foster" is a term that we use for dogs who will remain in their foster homes, either due to behavioral/medical and/or age.  The rescue covers their vetting, medical and medication needs, along with covering everything for our fostered/adoptable dogs, as well.

The rescue covers monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, not only for our forever foster dogs, but for all of our fostered dogs, as well.  We also cover dogs for updated vaccinations, fecal checks/rechecks (dewormer if/when needed), heartworm testing, and also any vetting or medical need that arises while a dog is being fostered.  

Forever foster Pearl.  Due to behavioral issues, our Pearl will be living her life with Kelly & Josh at Prestige Pets.  We also have two other dogs hanging out with them, Drago*** and Tyson, until foster or adoptive homes are found for them.  While it is not a true foster home situation, the three dogs love it there and are very loved and very well taken care of.  The rescue covers the cost of their boarding at $810/835 a month.  We also cover their monthly preventatives.
