Prison Ministry Outreach

Our Maps Team meets weekly with incarcerated women at Shakopee to help them get to know Jesus personally and find their identity in Him. Using the Listen to My Life Maps, Bible stories and spiritual practices, women are discovering who God designed them to be! They are finding true freedom while in prison.

Abiding Hope Ministries provides all training and support for the facilitators for this 9-month class. We have seven facilitators leading three classes each week.

Single Moms Family Camp

For 12 years, Abiding Hope Ministries has collaborated with Hope Shores Bible Camp to offer this life-giving weekend! 

Single moms and their children enjoy a fun-filled  getaway in God's beautiful creation!

Our extended weekend includes water fun, age-group activities for children, delicious family-style meals, worship, lots of laughing, and family memories that will last a lifetime. 

During our planned 'moms time,' the women share their joys and challenges and receive encouragement from those listening.                     This is a supportive community open to all single mom families!
