Second Harvest Heartland Food Bank

Our mission at Second Harvest Heartland is to end hunger together. As a leading hunger-relief organization, our food bank provides 94% of the food distributed by more than 1,000 food shelves and partner programs in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We also help families enroll in food assistance and provide prepared meals for people who need more than groceries. 

Last year, Second Harvest Heartland distributed more than 113 million meals across our region and we’re on track to deliver even more this year. 

We can’t slow down now as inflation, changes to emergency benefits, and unstable gas and grocery prices are making it hard for families to keep their fridges and cupboards stocked.
