Ride for Uganda 2026

Join Give Us Wings for our annual family-friendly bike ride to raise money for families living in poverty in Uganda. Proceeds from the bike ride support our Economic Development work, as we seek to provide our Ugandan partners with the tools and resources they need to build sustainable businesses and increase their household incomes.

A donation toward this effort will assist people like Cynthia, a single mother (pictured below) who never finished her schooling. But recently she was enrolled in our Community Youth Skilling Program to learn baking skills. After graduation, Cynthia was given an electric oven and a variety of baking ingredients and equipment to start a small business. She now rents a small stall near the local hospital and sells baked goods to staff, patients, and visitors. She is making a regular income from these efforts and it is increasing each month!
