We would like to take a moment to thank all of you who contributed to our team. We've nearly finished ordering the parts we need to continue, and we have used most of the money that has been donated. Your generosity has extended beyond our needs, so we're thinking of donating the rest of the money to other FIRST Robotics teams and projects.

One of the mottos of FIRST Robotics Competition is "More than Robots", and while this is true in a figurative sense, it's also very literal - we need tools, parts, batteries, and transportation for our robot to actually come together and work effectively. Last night, our trailer, where we keep the majority of these odds and ends, was stolen. We'll have to buy back all of the parts that we lost, which is hard for an inner-city, public-school team that already has some difficulty making ends meet. We can't go to competitions and showcase the amazing robot we've been working on without all of this equipment. Will you help us recover these lost parts?
