Courtney leads the charge on institutional giving and resource building for GiveMN and RaiseMN.

Prior to joining the green team, Courtney built her fundraising toolkit at organizations like Friends of the Hennepin County Library, Minnesota Public Radio, The Fund for the Public Interest, and Panyijiar Community Development Services.

Passionate about the intersection of inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) and philanthropy, Courtney sits on the Association of Fundraising Professionals (MN) IDEA committee. She’s also a co-leader of Minnesota’s Community-Centric Fundraising movement and finds hope in the future of what fundraising could be.

Courtney graduated from Concordia College-Moorhead in 2015 with an English Literature degree and received her master’s in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University in 2018.

When she’s not fundraising, you can find Courtney rock climbing, hunting for the best donut in the Twin Cities, or spoiling her three pets.
