Courtney leads the charge on resource and tool building for GiveMN and Raise MN.
Courtney is a St. Paul-based fundraiser with over a decade of experience supporting causes like environmental protection, public media, and human services. She serves as President of AFP-MN, co-founded Community-Centric Fundraising – Minnesota, and was named a 2025 Women in Business honoree by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.
As Senior Director of Community Impact at GiveMN, Courtney leads Give to the Max Day and Give OUT Day, and oversees fundraising education statewide.
Courtney earned her bachelor's degree from Concordia College - Moorhead and her master's degree from Hamline University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, DIY projects, and visiting the dog park with her dog, Olive.
