30 Days of Brown Boi 2015!

Brown Bois that participate in the leadership retreats are granted space to talk about race, class, culture, gender and sexuality and their many intersections. They also have the opportunity to explore various modes of social justice that serves as an intensive introduction to community organizing by connecting these Brown Bois with leaders from across the country. The training received at these retreats not only help Brown Bois better their understanding of power dynamics, communication, personal finance, fundraising, community organizing, self care, and gender justice, the retreats also welcomes these Brown Bois into a family and movement that is committed to creating a better future. 

Each Brown Boi shares a commitment to racial and gender justice, and determining methods of practicing healthy masculinity and utilizing privilege as a tool for social change. 

My goal is to raise $100 during the 30 Days of Brown Boi in order to help continue this incredible work. Being a member of this movement has turned my life upside down in the best of ways. I hope that we can help keep this movement going and this space accessible for all future generations of brown bois.
