Arial Adams- Get Fit Coordinator.

Arial Adams is a program leader and educator with over 15 years of experience in education, wellness, and community engagement. With a background as an instructional coach and director, she has led large-scale initiatives, developed staff, and designed inclusive programming that drives organizational success and positive outcomes.

Her passion for movement and community is reflected in her work as a head girls’ basketball coach and founder of DanceRhythmfit, a dance fitness business in Los Angeles that created welcoming spaces for people of all backgrounds to build confidence in their wellness journeys.

Originally from Southern California, Arial recently relocated to New Orleans, where she has founded community-based wellness programming and remains active in nonprofit work focused on youth development and community connection. She is dedicated to creating spaces where people feel inspired, supported, and empowered to thrive.
