More Meals

Al-Maa’uun is committed to serving the growing needs of our community.  Over the past year, our organization has experienced a significant increase in demand for our Meals on Wheels program. With the closing of local food retailers, rising food costs, and shifts in food security providers, we have served over 200 seniors, doubling the number of individuals we’ve been contracted to support. While we are thrilled to be able to help more seniors, this increase in community need has strained our resources and surpassed our funding.

Today, we are making a heartfelt request to you to support our More Meals campaign to ensure that no senior in our community goes hungry. Your generosity can make a significant impact. By contributing to More Meals, you can help us bridge the gap between our current resources and the growing. Your donation of any amount will directly fund the daily meals that are essential to the daily well-being of our seniors.

Each daily meal costs $9.00. You can support More Meals with:

• A $27 monthly recurring donation providing 3 healthy meals for a senior neighbor. 

• A $45 monthly recurring donation ensures a week of meals for a senior in need.

• A $180 donation to feed a senior for a month, promoting their health and independence.

• A $1,080 donation secures six months of meals and connections for a senior.
