The Nameless Coalition for the Homeless operates The Wolfe homeless shelter in Bemidji. It is an overnight cold weather shelter for individuals who are chronic inebriates or difficult to house. For many years in Bemidji, this population suffered through brutally cold weather on their own.
The Wolfe opened in 2015 in the heart of downtown Bemidji. The most recent complete season of the shelter provided 2399 overnight beds, with a monthly average of 62 individuals!
The Wolfe's current capacity is 16 each night, however as the need continues, The Nameless Coalition for the Homeless seeks additional resources to ensure that no one in need will be turned away.
Any funds raised will go directly to support continued operations of The Wolfe. Thank you for supporting our fellow neighbors!
