Mindy is a 2018 Cool Planet Skier!

I'm very excited to be a Cool Planet Skier again this year and participating in events at the American Birkebeiner.  I've decided to take it a little easier this year and ski the 29K Kortelopet (the half-Birkie).  Here's a picture of me getting some training on the Birkie Trail in January.  We've got a ton of fun planned for the Birkie weekend this year with three showings of "Saving Snow" (a new documentary from Adaptation Now that I have a cameo in) and the Birkie Expo - all of which means a more aggressive fundraising goal for us this year.  Oh, and we're also helping with the promotion of Saving Snow across the country - you can host a screening too!

Your generous donation supports my work with Cool Planet to engage skiers, bicyclists, youth, families and fun lovers in taking action on climate solutions in their homes and communities.  I love the work we are doing with youth because it gives me hope - the next generation is smart and capable, we just need to make the space so they can get to work.
