Cornerstone's Tuesday Evening Community Meal Fund

Update: Donations needed to provide a Thanksgiving meal to families in shelter. Gifts made now through 11/26/2020 will be used to cater a Thanksgiving meal for families--and staff who are working on Thanksgiving.

Tuesday nights are all about community at Cornerstone! 

Each week, Cornerstone participants and their families come together to share a meal and build relationships. The meals are generously sponsored by volunteer groups who provide, prepare and serve the food. 

However, every so often, we're unable to find a group to provide the meal. Instead of cancelling what is an important source of nutritious food and a night off for families, Cornerstone staff prepares and serves dinner for 50 people. While we are always grateful for the opportunity to support our community, it does become an expense that is outside our budget.

If you'd like to provide, prepare and serve a Tuesday night dinner at Cornerstone, please contact Crystalk@cornerstonemn.org. A handful of dates are open in 2019.

If you aren’t able host a meal, you can still help by donating to support Tuesday night dinners! 

It costs Cornerstone approximately $200 to serve 50 people. Any amount you can give helps us to provide a healthy, filling meal for families.
