I am honored to be a part of the 2015 Michaels Miracle Marathon team.
I have never run a marathon or even a half marathon. I know the challenges this will bring me are nothing in comparison to what children with disabilities and their families have to face.
The Michael Lisnow Respite Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a “home away from home” for children and adults with disabilities. They provide weekend respite, overnight care, after school care, adult day programs, school vacation camp, employment support, Saturday night outings, and much more.
