Will you help us raise the remaining funds to feed our neighbors and support Holy Apostle’s farmers?
There are 3 ways you can make a difference:

  1. Make a donation on this campaign page.
  2. Invite others to donate by sharing this campaign page on social media and with your acquaintances.
  3. If your employer has a giving program, request a donation to this campaign.

Together we can make sure that every person has access to food. And together we will get through this pandemic. Thank you for your generous support!

St. John’s Holy Apostles Farmer’s Market will be back in the church parking lot starting in June. The team is working to meet social distancing requirements so it will look quite different this year. However, our goal remains the same; to provide a safe and affordable space for the Hmong partner farmers to make a living and to use donations to purchase produce from the farmers to be delivered to our neighborhood food shelves.

Last year we were able to donate 6,000 pounds of fresh food, feeding hundreds of families with healthy produce. This year’s need will be even greater, as is the need for your support. You can also help by sharing with others this invitation to make a difference. While there are many things that we are all worrying about during this pandemic, food security should not be one of them.

Any excess funds not used for our Farmers Market will be used for direct assistance to our hunger relief partners such as First Nations Kitchen, Project Home, Hallie Q Brown Community Center, and to advocate for those most disadvantaged by COVID-19.

Together we can make sure that every person has access to food. And together we will get through this pandemic. Thank you for your generous support!
