FAITHFUL INNOVATIONS & CONVERSATIONS

 We are a relatively small church, but through our 'Community Conversations' series that deals with  a variety of present-day diversity issues ( and forging partnerships with other churches),  we've been able to impact others far beyond our congregational size. As a result we refer to ourselves as the 'little church that could'.  We have expanded our reach by joining with other churches to form the 'Community Conversations Ecumenical Consortium'.

 This year our church has joined the Episcopal Church of Minnesota's Faithful  Innovations Initiative. Through this initiative encourages our church to reach outside of traditional walls and to 'meet the community' in nontraditional setting to learn about the needs and concerns of our neighbors. Through this effort we have hosted 'sidewalk' concerts featuring local musicians, etc.

 Additionally, we're asking your support to help us continue our annual Thankgiving donation to low income families identified by Halle Q. Brown (St. Paul) and Sabathani (Minneapolis) community centers.
