Pew Cushion project approved by Voters on October 27, 2021
The sanctuary committee has engaged a local upholsterer to replace the foam and the fabric on all of our pews.
After a lengthy process of looking at swatches and ordering samples, the committee has unanimously chosen a fabric and a finish.
Now the upholsterer will measure and re-measure, assemble her supplies, and--depending on her vendors--she will begin in January.
We expect dust and mess, but only a few pews at a time, so no sitting on bare wood on a Sunday.
