Kairos Alive! Sparks connection and healing through joyful, research-backed arts and health programs. In a time of rising isolation and loneliness, we bring people together across generations, cultures, and abilities—elders, disabled and LGBTQIA+ folks, caregivers, families, and children—to dance, sing, tell stories, and create community.

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with Centro Tyrone Guzman, serving Latine families through our bilingual Intergenerational Dance Hall™ and Kairos Clubhouse™ programs. Respite Coordinator Olga Sanchez sees the impact every day:

“Kairos programs have been a blessing. We create magic together—elders, children, even mothers with babies in their arms. It unites all our generations in our roots.”

This year, we shared our work at the International Federation on Ageing conference in Cape Town, connecting with global leaders in creative aging and health. Dr. Ligia Dominguez, University of Palermo, affirmed:

“Direct participation through music and movement is powerful and needed. Bravo Kairos! I look forward to collaborating!”
