Minnesota Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Network (MSCASN)
Project for Olmsted Outreach

Provides support for sudden cardiac arrest survivors, and education and advocacy on AEDs and defibrillation

The Minnesota Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Network (MSCASN) has three primary goals.

  1. Support for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) survivors and their families
  2. Advocacy - working with legislators and others to support placement of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in public settings and the development of early defibrillation programs
  3. Awareness - educating people about the importance of early defibrillation and AEDs

We are hopeful that through these efforts, many more lives can be saved.
