'Give to the Max Day' portal!
We are excited to report that our school play this year is Seussical Jr. and will be performed May 29-31st on site at our very own St. Jude of the Lake Theater (new this year)!
All 2019 Give to the Max Day donations will be funneled towards this fantastic theater program.
We are improving EXCELLENCE within our unique Opportunities through our theater program, that is already a part of our overall music curriculum. The benefits of a theater education, especially starting at such a young age (all students kindergarten-grade 5 participate) really affect the “whole child”. The program promotes collaboration, cooperation, team-building, and leadership and unique to our school. The students gain a tremendous amount of self-confidence, trust, problem-solving skills, and social awareness. The amount of fun and friendship building they experience is immeasurable. Our efforts are directed to improving and building the on-campus program, we are looking to purchase 8 wireless microphones to help our struggling sound system and 2 Altman Comet Followspot lights. ($3500)
