Dear Birch Lake Elementary Families and Community,

At Birch Lake Elementary, we believe that some of the best lessons are learned outside the classroom. Whether it’s picking the perfect pumpkin at Pine Haven, exploring nature at Pine Tree Apple Orchard, or building teamwork at Base Camp and making memories at SkyZone, field trips create memories and educational experiences that last a lifetime.

However, as many of you know, the "getting there" is often the most expensive part.

The Challenge:
The cost of transportation can be a significant hurdle in planning these trips. A single bus costs between $300 and $400. When you multiply that across every grade level, the costs add up quickly.

Our Goal:
The Birch Lake PTA is launching this fundraiser to raise $1,200 specifically to cover the cost of three full buses.

Our mission this year is to provide roughly $500 per grade level to help offset trip costs. By hitting this $1,200 goal, we can ensure that field trip fees stay low for families.

How You Can Help:
We are looking for "Bus Sponsors" to help us reach the finish line: (all estimates)

  • $10 a seat on the bus.
  • $50 sponsors a handful of seats on the bus.
  • $100 covers a significant portion of a single bus rental.
  • $350 sponsors an entire bus for one grade level!

Your support ensures that our students continue to explore, grow, and learn beyond the school walls. Let’s work together to keep the wheels on the bus turning for Birch Lake Elementary!
