2026 Give to the Max

We have some big news to share! For the very first time, House of Hope is participating in Give to the Max Day, Minnesota’s annual statewide giving holiday.

If you haven't heard of Give to the Max Day before, you're not alone! We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to this incredible event, why we’re jumping in this year, and how you can be a part of it.

What is Give to the Max Day?

Give to the Max Day (GTMD) is a 24-hour online giving event hosted by GiveMN. Started in 2009, it has grown into a beloved Minnesota tradition where tens of thousands of donors come together on a single day to support local nonprofits and schools.

It’s essentially our state's custom "giving holiday," a day to celebrate generosity and power the causes that strengthen our communities.

Why Are We Participating & What Is Our Goal?

This year, we are aiming high: Our goal is to raise $10,000 during this campaign.

Achieving this $10,000 goal will allow us to fund critical operational needs as we anticipate hiring an executive director soon.

Participating in Give to the Max Day gives our community a unified moment to rally together and make a collective impact.

Why Give During Give to the Max Day?

Giving through GiveMN during this campaign offers special perks that make your donation go even further:

• 🎁 Golden Tickets & Prize Pool: Every donation made on GiveMN.org enters House of Hope into random drawings for "Golden Ticket" prize grants throughout the event. That means a $10 or $25 gift from you could trigger an extra $100 or $1,000 grant for our mission!

• 🗓️ Early Giving: You don't have to wait until Give to the Max Day itself. Starting November 1, any donation made on our GiveMN page counts toward our campaign total and makes us eligible for early Golden Ticket prizes!

• 💳 Donor-Covered Fees: GiveMN allows donors the option to cover processing fees at checkout, ensuring 100% of your intended gift directly supports our work.
