Your gift today will provide nutritious and culturally connected food for local communities!
Food for today. Change for tomorrow.
The Food Group provides hunger relief in Minnesota and western Wisconsin as historic levels of inflation impact food access for thousands of families with children, seniors and individuals in our local communities. We have experienced continued record-breaking visits to food shelves through 2023.
Your donation equips us to offer nutritious and culturally connected foods to our community.
The most recent data shows that one in every six Minnesotans is experiencing hunger or food insecurity today. That's 483,000 people. Seniors (age 60+) are the fasting growing group of food shelf users. Our BIPOC communities continue to experience food insecurity at higher rates than the rest of Minnesota.
With your help, The Food Group has delivered more than 6.4 million meals in 2023.
Let's keep the momentum going! We are currently distributing to a network of more than 230 food shelf and meal program partners reaching 30 counties in MN and Western WI.
