Minnesota Cannabis College

Minnesota Cannabis College (MNCC) is a Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to building an equitable, accessible pathway into the state's legal cannabis industry. We believe workforce education is a form of repair — opening doors for communities that have been disproportionately harmed by cannabis prohibition and creating real routes to stable, well-paying jobs.

Our flagship program, the CannTrain Retail Track, is a free, in-person training program that prepares Minnesotans for careers in licensed cannabis retail, backed by support from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). We also offer cultivation training for those looking to grow their skills, literally, in the state's emerging cannabis agriculture sector.
