IGNITE 2026 has the goal of raising $25,000 to reimagine Summer Mondays - The BrandLab's signature professional development series for our summer interns - to make it more relevant, more impactful, and more responsive to today's rapidly changing workplace than ever before.

Summer Mondays has always been what sets a TBL intern apart. We don't just place interns - we intentionally develop the skills that prepare emerging talent to thrive. To meet the needs of today's emerging talent and employers alike, it's time to reimagine Summer Mondays for what's next.
Summer Mondays is TBL's ongoing professional development series that runs throughout the summer internship experience. It's where our interns build the foundation that makes them different - and where our employer partners see the return on investing in emerging talent from TBL as a pipeline solution.
